You will find the casino right next to the First Bank of Britain (to the north-east).

You can buy lottery tickets from the Lottery Master - each of them costs only 100 gp! You can also try your luck at the Poker machines or the Slot machines.

[edit] Event Reward Vendor

If you go downstairs, you will find the Event Reward Vendor there.

You can select the reward you want for the events you won, using copper bars to buy rewards.
