[edit] How to get rich quick to buy more regs and bandages?
Now as for quickly raising and making cash to stock yourself out it would all depend on your character choices and template. As a dexxer you could find a nice quiet spot with a lot of liches and go to town.
Or as a mage find something that dies easy to your energy vortexes and farm away.
Buy several rune books and get em filled, towns, dungeons, hot spots.
To stock vast amounts of reagents quickly you can try the secret valley located South West of Trinsic. In there is a mage that sells reagents. Buy it out, kill it, it will respawn with twice as many until reaching 999. Repeat until you have lots and lots of reagents.
OR you can go the slimy cheap way. Join whichever faction has the faction vendors right next to the bank with the price set to next to nothing for reagents. Buy them out of everything and wait till world save repeat until you have no more cash. Now takes the reagents and place them in bulk orders marking the price up to as much as 3X what you paid. Repeat this process. Get rich.
When buying your first house shop around. Prices may vary greatly from town to town. More often than not Pau Pau and Yew have the normal base rates but sometimes a faction will have prices set very low.
To sell weapons and armor or to trash it for copper? I always trashed all weapons and armor I didn't want for copper by placing on a copper barrel located near many banks. But a friend showed me that you could make more money by selling the items than trashing for copper and just buy copper from other players if you needed it. So convince of a one stop copper barrel or the wealth you make for selling items to smiths? Your choice.
Farm farm farm. If you aren't hunting or crafting you aren't making any money. Get to work. Kast I checked EasyUO is allowed. Haven't heard of it in ages but there used to be some excellent scripts for crafters selling from items they already have in bank. And since it isn't AFK resource gathering it is deemed as legal.
Beg. Openly begging works. Many players want new blood and new faces. Beg. You might get weapons or reagents or potions or more.

Just gotta add. You ARE allowed to multi client. Take full advantage of it for macroing ect.
Another addition because there's always more... There are farms West of West Britain Bank. One of them produces cotton in large amounts. Harvest that cotton for free cloth and bandages. Any tailor shop will have loom if you haven't already bought one for your house. Just leave WBB, cross the bridge. Keep following the road always taking the right side, you'll find the farm. It's in guard zones, but people will afk kill you if you leave a guy standing there.

[edit] Scribing Also Works for BRAND NEW CHARS
Start a new scribe and slowly work your way to at least 90. Which can be done simply by buying the regs and scrolls- selling them as you make them to provide for more resources. Training is easy- scribe Poison Scrolls till you have money for Lightening scrolls, scribe those until you can do Ebolts, then Flamestrikes.
But about 300 scrolls/sulfurous ash/spiders silk (about all 100 str can hold) Run this macro with razor (Can be edited)

Just make one scroll before you start it because it uses the "Make Last Scroll" button
Tip: save up like 1k Flamestrike scrolls, sell them at once and you get 40k gold.. then go buy out ALL the vendors you can with resources.. if you can get 25,000 blank scrolls (vendors when maxed out sell 999 at a time so it shouldn't be too hard) and 25,000 of each reg for Flamestrike--then just macro all day only coming on every hour to re-up on resources.. you'll have 1 mil gold in like two days! Remember: 1k Flamestrikes = 40,000 gold 25k Flamestrikes = 1,000,000 gold! >ALL DONE AFK FTW!

[edit] Where should a non tamer hunt for good money and loot?
Warrior:
Kill Liches (Deceit) and Deamons (Hythloth)
Sell everything you get
Silver weapons work best for killing Liches
Mage:
Kill Ancient Wyrm (Destard), Balron (Hythloth), Liches, Lich Lords (Deceit), Arctic Ogre Lords (Ice Dungeon) .
Just cast explode and hide and repeat you'll soon know what to do when you try.
Use summons if required. Just sell everything you get.
Bard:
Use a bard on the follow creatures
Balrons are excellent (Located in Hythloth)
There are two of them that spawn next to each other. Provoke them on each other. One will soon kill the other. The loot is 1k+ with high magic weapons and possible jewelry/bad instruments
Aidon the Archwizard (Fire Dungeon)
Careful after provoking one of them might call on help and summon 3 more wizards. Just continue provoking the Wizards until they are all killed. Loot is 800gp - 1k, also chance of valor/dreaded Ion stones.

Go for Ancient Lich, Ancient Wyrm or for some monster that drops rares. Many prefer using Evolution Pets, but they aren't necessary.
OR
Ogre Mages in Despise drop bronze reward tokens, about 1 out of 7/8
They ain't that bad for farming... sure, there are better creatures out there, but as mentioned, you can get bronze token out of them...
also they always got 500 gold, a club (300-900 gc each) and one or another additional magic wep/armor...
and they're kinda nice to train resist on your pet, if u let em fight 1on1, so they can actually cast bigger spells...
then, problem is they Flame Strike kinda often...just be careful..

Escorting NPC's
I'm sure your wondering why is this up there??
Well Escorting NPC's is one of the easiest and fastest ways of making gold, Although you can only have 1 NPC at a time and it takes 5 minutes for you to be able to Escort another, it is much better then standing near a dragon or ancient wrym casting EB until it dies.
All you have to do is have a rune book marked to all of the dungeons and towns. You get a nice 600-900 gold each time and you get that gold from one spell and a few clicks on the mouse.
It is also a good way to train magery if you are still in training mode.
And it is TOTAL profit, think about it, just one mandrake, one pearl, and one sulfurous ash for nearly 800 gp!!
But remember, this is for desperate gold, Lets say on average you get 750 each trip, in one hour you will have nearly 10k, i know one hour is a long time but that is only 36 regs total (12 sulfurous ash, 12 mandrake, 12 pearl) used for 10k
