[edit] Starting Point –

Ghost of the Past – he is located at the entrance way to Despise Dungeon.

Single Click on him once and a menu will pop up. Click on talk and a Quest Dialogue will come up explaining the story after you choose to accept the quest the Ghost of the Past gives you your first task. The Blood Covered Key.

The Blood Covered Key – You will need to collect 10 pieces of Dark Wire to acquire this Key. This can be done by killing any Silence monster that used to be on level one.

The Wooden Key – The Ghost of the Past next asks you to bring him 10 pieces of Enchanted Wood. You will need to start killing any Silence monster that was on level 2 to claim this key.

The Shimmering Key – After you have turn in the enchanted wood for the Wooden Key, The Ghost gives you a bag with 20 Vials in it and asks you to fill them with the blood of a hero. With these vials go to Deciet Level 2 and to the East of the entrance you will find the Fallen Hero. Proceed to kill him, after he is dead you use the vial and target the corpse and it will fill the vial with hero’s blood. (NOTE: You must get the last hit or you will not be able to use the vial) Once all 20 vials are filled bring them back to the Ghost and he will give you the Shimmering Key.
The Venom Key – Next you will receive from the ghost another bag with 10 noxious gems inside. Your next destination on your journey will take you to Terathan Keep, where you will have to kill 10 Noxxious Monsters. After killing one, you need to target the noxious essence on the corpse. (NOTE: You must get the last hit or you will not be able to use the gems) Once this task is complete return to the ghost, hand him the bag and receive the Venom Key.

The Claw Key – The next task the Ghost sends you on is to get the Hide of the Beast. He gives you a skinning knife and sets you off to Destard where you will have to kill Nesa the Shadow Beast. After vanquishing this foe use the skinning knife on the corpse to receive the Hide of the Beast. Bring back this item and the Ghost will give you the last key.

[edit] Silence Key Alters

There are Five Alters spread throughout dungeons that you can use the keys to summon a boss. Each of them dropping a Special Rune and having a Small Chance of Special Clothing.
Locations -
Dark Iron Alter – Fire Temple: Under the Temple w/Fairy Dragons
Wooden Alter – Orc Dungeon Level 2: Middle of this Level
Bloody Alter – Shame Level 5: Next to Blood Elementals Spawn
Noxxious Alter – Terathan Keep Level 2: In the Center of the Swamp Area
Beast Alter – Hythloth Level 4: On top of the Bridge in the Center of the Level


Ring the bell and you summon an NPC who asks for the key, once you hand him the key to that specific alter the Creature appears. You also receive a knife in your pack with a 5 hour time limit. After defeating the creature if a rune appears in the corpse use the knife to cut it away. If you do not finish within 5 hour time limit, you will not be able to cut the rune. Once the bell is rang if the requested toll item isn't given to the NPC, he will instead summon a strong creature which will need to be killed before you can summon the NPC again.

Dark Iron Alter (Blood Covered Key)
Quest Item: Blood Covered Rune.
Special Rare Drop: Metal Chips of Silence (Earrings)

Wooden Alter (Wooden Key)
Quest Item: Wooden rune.
Special Rare Drop: Elegant Gown of Silence (Fancy Dress)

Bloody Alter (Shimmering Key)
Quest Item: Shimmering Rune
Special Rare Drop: Thieves Cloak of Silence (Cloak)

Noxxious Alter (Venom Key)
Quest Item: Poisonous Rune.
Special Rare Drop: Gray Shirt of Silence (Fancy Shirt)

Beast Alter (Claw Key)
Quest Item: Claw Rune
Special Rare Drop: Saviour of Silence (Body Sash)

NOTE: Rare Cloth Hue (1000) Silver
Silver and Bronze reward tokens can be handed to players for damage.
