[edit] How to get my skill go over 100 individual skill cap?

You need to consume a powerscroll in order to get your skill go to maximum of 120, only blacksmith or tailor powerscrolls exist in game.

In Defiance AoS you can almost raise every skill upto 120 by using powerscroll.

[edit] Does 8x8 work in Defiance UOR?

No, you don't have to do 8x8 in order to gain in skill and doing 8x8 will not increase your skill gain rate. Basically, on all Defiance shards, you can GM any skill by standing on 1 tile and using your skill.

[edit] My weapon skill gain is stuck at around 60-70, I have been attacking for 8 hours with no gains?

Your opponent do not have weapon skill which make it an easy target, therefore, the skill gain for you will be slow. Try give your opponent a weapon and train its weapon skill up a little bit.
